I especially like the part about the "Nei Jing Diagram" in the book. It designs the human body into a small world, and uses monks and stone-carved children as metaphors for refining the mind and cultivating the mind. It is very interesting. This book gave me a new understanding of health care and the human body, and I feel it has benefited a lot
Good book, pretty good, 15:48
