Five years ago, her scheming younger sister and husband conspired to frame her, and she ended up pregnant with a gigolo’s child. Five years later, Su Qian made a powerful return. Everyone called her the “walking ATM,” and all kinds of unsavory characters came to pay their respects.
“President Su, President Xu sent you these limited-edition crystal heels. He wants to know if you’re free tonight,” her assistant said.
“I’m not. Throw them away.”
“President Chen says he has a new project that’s guaranteed to make money. He wants to know if you’d like to invest,” her assistant asked.
“Put in two hundred million first and see how it goes.”
“And this is President Zhang’s proposal. He wants to know if you’d like to make a fortune together,” her assistant said.
Su Qian rolled her eyes. “Besides these boring things, is there anything new?”
“There is. President Gu says he’s all cleaned up and wants to know if you’re looking for a soulmate to share your life with, build a fortune with, and invest alongside.”
Su Qian nodded furiously. Now that was an offer she could accept! She was looking, looking, looking, very much looking.
This novel is the only one I have listened to in its entirety. The author has not finished it and I have not heard enough. I hope to continue it.
