Li Haoyu’s Farming Diary

Li Haoyu has the kind of face you’d expect to see on a celebrity. Tall, long-legged, with a face straight out of a plastic surgeon’s portfolio and a pair of phoenix eyes, he’s impossible not to notice. By chance, he was discovered by Wu Yue, an agent at Fengguang Entertainment, and signed with the agency. That was three years ago. Then, through a twist of fate, he obtained a crescent-shaped jade pendant, only to discover that it held a world of its own. Following a dream to “Mount Nanshan,” he fell off a cliff and ended up in Qifeng, a fictional ancient kingdom. He landed on Mount Nanshan behind Willow Tree Village, where he was rescued by Liu Botian, a villager who had gone up the mountain to hunt. The village has eighty or ninety households, most of them poor. Surrounded by mountains on all sides, its people make their living from farming. One family in Willow Tree Village consists of two brothers, Liu Botian and Liu Boshu. Though they are farmers, neither their bearing nor their looks seem at all like a farmer’s. What sparks will fly when the two brothers meet Li Haoyu, who fell from the sky? Farming, sweet romance, feel-good fun, no angst.
