The Sickly Emperor's Beloved

She transmigrated from the modern world and met him by chance. (The heroine is spirited and mischievous, always gets revenge, and stops at nothing to achieve her goals, but never harms the innocent.)

He is a decisive and ruthless ruler who loves her, and favors her alone among all the women in his harem. (The hero is obsessive, extremely possessive, and has a split personality.)

When she was secretly attacked and fell into a coma, he went mad… (Love is unknowable in its beginnings, yet once it takes hold, it runs deep.)

(The leads are both each other’s first and only. At first, the heroine uses his favor to protect herself and take revenge, but gradually falls in love with him.)

Happy ending.
