[The Knockout]+ [Ice Breaking]+ [Infernal Affairs]+ [Gatao]+ [Flash Point]+ [Young and Dangerous]+ [The Big Shot]…

[2000]: As Gao Qiqiang, a fish seller in Jinghai, begins his rise, another young man who makes keys starts to come into his own. His name is Lü Wenhao.

Lü Wenhao: “Brother Qiang, let’s start with Platinum Palace.”

[2008]: Gao Qiqiang and Lü Wenhao have both made names for themselves in Jinghai, but Zhao Lidong still has them under his thumb. At the same time, the outside force known as Tazhai Village has set its sights on Jinghai, this juicy prize. Lin Yaodong, full of schemes, approaches Gao Qisheng, who is eager to make money.

Lin Yaodong: “You won’t find a flaw in my product. Work with me, and I’ll guarantee you wealth and glory.”

[2010]: After Jinghai’s investment promotion conference concludes, Hong Kong businessman Jiang Tian makes a powerful entrance, while the neighboring city’s Zhao Group takes the opportunity to establish itself in Jinghai. That same year, the Taiwanese gang Jianhe Association comes along to join the fun.

White Hair: “So you like laughing, huh? Let’s see who dares laugh now!”

Young Master Zhao: “What kind of trash are these people?”

…

And so begins the golden age of the villains.

…

(This book is still a story about men. Women have fewer scenes, but they remain part of important plotlines.)

(Not a wish-fulfillment story, no System, everyone is a villain.)

(The big sister-in-law completely sets Gao Qiqiang free, while An Xin brings together an elite police force.)
