I originally planned to give it a try, but ended up reading it in one sitting. The author's literary talent is good, and the monologue part made me feel the same. I saw my own reflection in Xiao Dan. He considered everyone but did not consider himself. I can understand what everyone does, but he cannot let himself go. Like a person in a trap, he always closes himself up. In order to cover up his inferiority, he makes himself like a hedgehog, not letting anyone get close to him and always wanting to escape. Now, I am constantly making peace with myself, trying to live as comfortably as possible, trying to look down on every detail in life, and not letting unnecessary troubles bother me. To myself in my thirties, I hope that in the days to come, I can be kinder to myself and think more about myself.
