Myth: I Founded the Era of Ancient Martial Arts

At the end of the Mythic Era, a cataclysmic war erupted. It shattered the very essence of Earth, causing the spiritual energy between heaven and earth to drain away and gradually ushering in an age of decline.

The immortals and gods who survived either fell into slumber, waiting for the world to revive once more, or left Earth altogether.

From then on, no trace of immortals or gods remained on Earth. Even cultivators became exceedingly rare.

Countless years later, some people of extraordinary talent refused to resign themselves to an ordinary death. They created an ancient martial arts system that did not require drawing on the spiritual energy of heaven and earth.

Cultivators absorbed the spiritual energy of heaven and earth to strengthen themselves, while ancient martial artists unlocked their body's potential to grow stronger.
