At the border between the Xia and Qi kingdoms lies a cliff said to be visited by fox spirits. Legend has it that whoever captures a fox spirit can rule the land.
An Lingrui, the most revered female general of the Great Xia Kingdom, was ordered to capture one. Little did she know that this would bring a scheming Imperial Preceptor into her life.
He made her embarrass herself before the court, moved into her residence, and argued with her at court. What had she ever done to offend him?
What? She nearly killed him on the battlefield? When did that happen? Why didn't she know about it?
When is this annoying Imperial Preceptor going to leave? She really can't take it anymore!
Scheming Imperial Preceptor: An Lingrui, you owe me for all of this!
