What would you do if your soul were suddenly pulled into a game world?
One day, a mysterious game invaded reality, drawing everyone into it. Some became player characters with their own consciousness, while others became game NPCs with no sense of self.
Wu Hen becomes a player character and takes the Mage class.
But he thinks his luck is terrible: the System gives him a god-tier talent, and it's Backstab!
"I'm a mage, and you give me Backstab right off the bat? Have you no honor?"
Honor? Heh. Sorry, this is a game.
Ranked competitions, first-kill races, guild wars, arenas, all kinds of event leaderboards...
It's got every feature a game should have.
Angels, demons, yaoguai, ghosts, gods, and devils, all kinds of beings from myth and legend appear one after another.
And there are plenty of things that shouldn't belong in a game, either.
This is not a normal game!
