While searching for his unruly beast, the Fengsheng Beast, the strange immortal Bulao Laoren crossed the Yin-Yang Stone and broke the boundary between the human world and the demon world. The demons then crossed the Demon Stone and ran rampant in the human world. In those days, the Yin-Yang Stone had been established by Yang Lingzi, so the Demon King of the demon world wanted to find and kill Long Lingzi. At the time, young Xiao Yu knew no magic, so, pursued by the Demon King's envoy, the Crow Messenger, he began learning spells. He mastered the Qimen Dunjia arts as well as the art of summoning wind and rain. Pointing his sword finger at the sky and chanting an incantation, he soon summoned a storm of lightning and thunder beyond the mountains.
