When the Founders Arrived on Harry’s First Day of School

I got this idea after seeing a really great story. If you spot any mistakes, feel free to point them out in the comments. Got any ideas? I might add them. If it's not your thing, just click the X and leave~

The author tends to disappear during finals, but I promise I'll update it all the way to the end. It's signed, so don't worry about jumping in!

A mountain of headcanons, sorry if they bury you. The ending leans toward fairy-tale happy, which is probably what Harry would want from a fairy tale (I might break up canon couples! Please understand, and don't hit me).

The founders will go head-to-head with Voldemort, and Harry will have a perfect childhood (the main focus is the four founders, not Harry; the other characters won't get much page time).

Salazar Slytherin: a feathered serpent; hates trouble; an arrogant but never naive young master; has a habit of poking people in the eye with a stick

Godric Gryffindor: half human, half thunderbird; firmly believes Nifflers are the most annoying creatures in the world; loves teasing the young master; built for close combat

Helga Hufflepuff: a half-blood elf; her cooking is poisonous, yet somehow never tastes bad; the most mature big sister of the four

Rowena Ravenclaw: a half-blood deep-sea mermaid who never holds back; likes acting younger than she is and watching the show; a sharp-tongued old lady who loves getting the last word in

Bonus:

Albus Dumbledore: an exhausted wage slave; his daily mantra is, “I'd rather fight Voldemort.”

The young witches and wizards: “Your childhood and my childhood seem so different~” (Things you should know about the founders)
