Everyone Is Seeking Immortality

The world has endured six great calamities, each marking a shift in the world’s fortune.

They began with Pangu creating heaven and earth, followed by the War Between the Liches, the birth of the Sages, the Investiture of the Gods calamity, and the upheavals of the Journey to the West. Eventually, the immortals and Buddhas withdrew from the world, and the gods of the West, led by Zeus, became its rulers.

Then the uncanny appeared. The Heavenly Dao gathered the world’s spiritual energy to fight it, and the primordial land was laid waste, leaving no cultivators alive.

Unable to bear the extinction of humanity, the Three Pure Ones moved humankind beyond the heavens. The people of Blue Star became a lineage of their own.

And so the story begins.
