Waiting for the Trees to Bloom

[Features many NBA, CBA, and streetball figures] [Transmigration, a touch of fantasy, sports novel, female lead appears relatively late]

[On the eve of the Paris Olympics, Chinese basketball player Fan Bo wakes up to find himself pulled into a brand-new parallel world, where the rules of basketball have been turned upside down…]

[Game 5 of the 1997 Finals. With the appearance of the Basketball Soul, everything changes from that moment on…]

[Who are you?]

[I am you from this world. You can call me Fan Bo A.]

[Take my place. And don't forget to fulfill our shared dream.]

[A long scroll of memories slowly unfolds in one corner of the studio…]

[Make it through youth training, dominate American high school basketball and the CBA, compete against LeBron, Durant, and Curry in the NBA, and lead the Chinese men's basketball team to the top!]

[But the truth has yet to come to light…]

[The feathers of time skim over the river of years and brush past the vast sea of stars. Deep in the mottled reaches of time, the sound of dreams blooming can be heard.]

[My original love for basketball has never changed. It's just that basketball means more to me now, and carries a greater weight.]

[At last, we will see a hundred thousand roses burst through the frozen earth, until a tree is in full bloom.]
