Illusory Rebirth

In a world called NL, the unreal and the real intertwine, like a dream shrouded in mist.

People exist like phantoms. Their souls may be unreal, yet they possess genuine emotions in this virtual land.

Gao Sheng, an orphan who grew up in the Welfare Orphanage, was affected by a mysterious gray entity. His body and mind were gradually corrupted without his noticing.

Unwilling to vanish, he found a glimmer of hope in the virtual reality project called NL. There, he found a way to save his body.

But a mysterious storm swept in, plunging the real world into chaos and collapse. Gao Sheng, too, was caught in the turmoil, unable to tell reality from illusion.

At a moment of crisis, Gao Sheng was transported into the virtual world. From that moment on, reality and illusion became like an overturned chessboard, tangled and complex.

The door to a new world slowly opened. Gao Sheng stepped through and began a brand-new journey, seeking the truth hidden behind the mist, traveling between countless spaces, and searching for the far shore of his destiny.
