Synopsis

This is a vast archive, filled with countless rule-based horrors. Perhaps you can find something inside? We are survivors of the apocalypse, and the archive protects us.

But perhaps there is something we can do, too. We collect the rules, understand them, and try to save civilizations from the tide of destruction. This is what we do. Perhaps our actions will not be understood, but we do only what we must. Perhaps you should be ready, too?

(Most of the rule-based horror stories so far are my own creations, so there may be a few small flaws. If you think anything needs changing, please tell me in a comment.)

Proper Rule-Based Horror Stories, No Bait-and-Switch

I'm looking for rule-based horror stories like The Zoo Mystery. At least most of the rules should be correct, and violating them should result in contamination rather than instantly kicking the bucket. An ordinary person who stays alert should have a chance of making it through, instead of it being completely dependent on an overpowered cheat that nobody can survive without.
