Other people work nine to nine, or midnight to midnight. I worked unpaid for a full ten million years, tricked by a shady System into coming to this fantasy world to play an actor, where I spent ten million years as the villain.
The System's promises were tempting, but it ran away in a flash.
I got completely ripped off!
Now I have no System, no rewards I was promised, and no way back to Earth. I'm a bona fide young man with nothing going for him.
But since I can't go back, I want to play the protagonist for once. I've dreamed of it for years, and now that the System's gone, I can do whatever I want.
What should a protagonist keep in mind?
First, the smile: no more sinister cackling.
Next, the clothes: no more dressing all in black.
Finally, the genre. Hmm, that's a tough one to choose.
Wait, what did you say? I'm not the protagonist?
Heh heh heh. If I kill all the protagonists, won't that make me the protagonist?
