Dreaming of Wisteria

“With my blood, my soul, and my way, ”

“Summon, the, Purple, Lotus, to, purify, the, world!!!”...

Born on a bitterly cold winter day, Lin Qiqi arrived as thirty li of wisteria bloomed out of season. The villagers saw it as an ill omen. When a gang of international tomb raiders entered the mountains in search of the secret mausoleum of the Martial Emperor’s illegitimate daughter, Lin Qiqi followed the guidance of her dreams to a forbidden place. The instant her fingertip blood dripped into a thousand-year-old tree hollow, the dormant bloodline of the Purple Wisteria Witch Clan erupted awake within her.

Even more astonishing, the purple-gold stone left behind when Nuwa mended the sky resonated with the power of her bloodline. Only then did she realize that her burden was not merely the duty of the Witch Clan, but also the task of restoring the world’s fortune.

The white cat that always appeared in times of danger stretched into its true form as her powers awakened. It was none other than the ancient auspicious beast Bai Ze. The divine beast had chosen its master, the purple-gold stone had emerged, and the slumbering dragon vein began to stir.
