I want to write a modern sweet-but-angsty romance. There’ll only be a little angst, really.

Characters: Jiang Yue is a quirky, sunny, kindhearted, innocent girl.

Pei Yu is a melancholy, sensitive, independent boy with a slight obsessive streak.

The heroine is hilarious, but after she falls for the hero, she’s afraid of saying the wrong thing in front of him.

The hero loves teasing her and thinks she’s adorable.

This is a story about Pei Yu and Jiang Yue.

They have a mutual secret crush, I guess, though you’ll find that out later.

They both quietly like each other.

After graduating from high school, Jiang Yue thinks about him every day.

She originally planned to keep her crush secret forever.

Then one day, they run into each other,

and it changes her mind.

The hero liked teasing the heroine back when they were in school.

But back then, the heroine was a bit of a blockhead,

and she was a little timid around him.

Even when she was bursting with excitement inside, she never let it show.
