Wang Xiangchu, a young man of Chinese descent, decides to travel to Southeast Asia's Xiabang to fight scammers after his grandfather falls victim to a phone scam.

But a local warlord named Basong commands more than 20,000 followers and has long battled Xiabang's regular army, allowing scam operations to run rampant throughout the country.
So, to wipe out the scammers in Xiabang for good, he must first destroy this illegal armed force.
