Genshin Impact: God of the Void

[Plot-focused + multiple heroines + no mindless decisions + power ceiling + mostly lighthearted comedy + a protagonist carrying too much + changing the past]

“My name is Kong Wu. I have a name in this world: Gu Yunchu.”

He is the owner of the throne between the realms of emptiness, the master of Penglai Manor, a renowned actor across the Seven Kingdoms, the singer Mr. Yunchu, the White-Built Phoenix who commands nature in Teyvat, and a god from another world.

Different outfits, different identities. Exhausted, he stood on a street in Liyue. His hair, black thousands of years ago, had turned as white as snow.

“Chu? What are you thinking about?” Venti patted him on the shoulder.

A white bird flew over, bringing him a letter from Kitsune Saiguu. The five little yakshas would occasionally drop by the manor for a free meal.

“Put it on the tab for Penglai Manor,” Zhongli said at the tea stall, only for Guizhong beside him to pinch his waist.

Watching his friends full of life, he hid his fingertips, covered in cracks.

“Do you regret it, being the one who is emptiness?” A voice came from the void.

While he wasn't paying attention, Venti pulled him over.

Makoto stood shoulder to shoulder with him, while Zhongli toyed with Yunchu's antique fan. Greater Lord Rukkhadevata stood nearby, gazing at Liyue with shining eyes.

He didn't answer. He only smiled and followed his friends into the sea of people.
