The Empress Is Both Coy and Charming, and the Emperor Can’t Get Enough

[Powerful heroine + not a good person + calculating] The heroine wasn't chaste before transmigrating and has had relationships. The male lead is the emperor, and of course he'll sleep with other women. The story focuses on vying for favor and palace intrigue, not romance, so don't read it if that's not your thing. People online say you should never do anything against your conscience, or you'll be reborn into the imperial harem in your next life and die without a whole corpse. Xuan Jinhua lay sprawled on the chaise, wishing she could point at the heavens and curse. She hadn't killed anyone or started any fires, so why had she been banished to this harem where people were eaten alive and not even their bones were left? The original owner was a mighty general's daughter, yet insisted on following Lin Daiyu's path. It made her seem ridiculous and out of place, and she managed to get herself killed. Then someone else took over her body. Xuan Jinhua was a five-time Best Actress who had won so many awards she could hardly count them. She'd slept with top-tier stars and pursued award-winning actors. She was notorious in the entertainment world as a bad girl, with a reputation that was both praised and condemned. Perhaps it was because she'd done so many wicked things that she fell to her death onstage at an awards ceremony and transmigrated to the Great Yan Kingdom, a place she'd never even heard of. As long as she was alive, she'd keep fighting. She pulled herself together. Well, life was life wherever you went, and it always called for a performance. She might as well return to her old profession.
