I Transmigrated into a Book, One I Wrote Myself

Any Transmigration Stories Set on Campus?

I once read a story where the heroine transmigrates into a campus novel she'd read. She doesn't follow the plot, though. Instead, she helps the male lead at every turn, and they end up together. Her mother sells breakfast for a living, and the male lead lives with his grandparents. They're neighbors.
