The Picture Frame

[Starry Sky] [Interstellar] [Hegemony] [Interstellar Warfare] [Starship Battles] [Galactic Secession War] [Interracial War] [Interstellar Civilization] [Dual Protagonists] [Technology] [Tech Tree]

This is a frame depicting the universe, a frame for writing the story of human civilization, and a frame for a philosophy of war and progress. It vividly portrays the beauty of the universe, the evil of war, and the fleeting hope that comes after human civilization is rebuilt.

The future:

After Earth's final war, human civilization suffered a break in its history.

All traces of civilization from before the war vanished into the universe. The surviving people were descendants of colonists exiled to Mars. After more than a thousand years of development following the destruction of Earth's civilization, humanity once again reached its peak with help from an alien civilization.

And yet:

The strength of civilization and technology cannot change humanity's selfish desires. Just as they had more than a thousand years ago, people used the resources and technology at their disposal to seize control of the Milky Way, plunging the entire galaxy into a brief period of armed division. During this time, every region rapidly advanced its technology and competed for talent and resources. Was it really all for peace and a better life?

Outbreak:

The overwhelming threat posed by the strongest faction forced all the others to bow before it, establishing hegemony over the entire galaxy. Tensions between the galaxy's residents and the oppressed factions on one side, and the hegemonic power on the other, have reached the breaking point.

Can our protagonist, with his unique charisma and growing strength, and with the hopes and support of the people of the galaxy, put an end to the last vestiges of evil in the human heart...
