Cao Siwen, the 250th-generation descendant of Cao Cao, falls into a cesspit and transmigrates to the Kunzhi Continent.
After popping out of a rock, he meets his good buddy Xiao Huo.
His buddy has a beautiful wife and a sweet, mischievous daughter.
Xiao Huo takes Cao Siwen in, until one day he feels his body-cultivation has reached a bottleneck.
He decides to venture through the Gates of Hell and asks Cao Siwen to look after his family.
Knowing he might never return, Xiao Huo gives Cao Siwen all his money and his home.
Sadly, he never makes it back, and Cao Siwen keeps his promise to look after his family.
