On the Day of the Matchmaking Date, the Zhan Family Men Refused to Pay Sister Hai’s Electricity Bill

This book is complete. All the good guys are reasonably intelligent, while the villains are like those nosy aunts and uncles in everyone’s family. The stats tanked. I made a bet with someone that from now on I’d only write sweet romances. After finishing this one, I wrote I Rode a Rolls-Royce on My Wedding Day, which is complete. My new book is about Hua Fei and her four little rascals. The blurb has been revised over and over. I’ll just leave it at this: The everyday squabbles between the men of the Zhan family and Hai-jie, Hai-jie raising hell in the Zhan household to get her name added to the property deed, Grandma Zhan looking down on her poor country-bumpkin daughter-in-law and secretly giving money to her family, the younger-brother-obsessed woman, and poor relatives who act like bullies, The men of the Zhan family spending eight years preparing for the civil service exam, only to come home still temp workers, The Zhan family’s daughter being a kept woman for years, then sent to prison for ten years on extortion charges by her cheating boyfriend and his wife, Uncle and Aunt Zhan trying to send their brilliant daughter to Yang Yongxin’s internet addiction treatment center, Hai-jie’s best friend, born to a poor farming family, getting caught up in celebrity fandom and sleeping with her idol to get a chance, bragging that she’s a law firm partner, then being exposed by Hai-jie and attacked online, Hai-jie’s high school classmate, a career star earning tens of millions a year, being slandered by Hai-jie as an old maid and homewrecker, And Hai-jie’s five older sisters, who never hesitate to take advantage of her and would even sell their own sister to a brothel for money~ Writing this made me pretty miserable. If anyone finishes it feeling unhappy, that’ll make me happy.
