[Forced love, tragic ending (I’m a hopeless romantic, I love writing this stuff)] Supporting couple: Cen Lin, the good-looking villain boss (he really is handsome, and he really is cruel), and the beautiful, delicate Xie Zhi (the beauty of the entire book, timid at first and cool and reserved later), in a tragic love story.
Supporting couple: Lin Xu, a shy, timid rich young master raised in a hothouse, and Xun Ting, a bold, carefree fighter at the research institute with no guile, as they grow together in both directions.
I read it a few days ago, and recently finished the updated chapters. The characters are well developed, but the pace is a bit slow. There are more gunfights, which looks interesting. The writing style is a bit similar to that of Lop-eared Butler: Mermaid Has Fallen, but it is not as well written as those two books.
