Half a Life, Half a Heartless Soul

When I was born, I had no heart, yet I could live normally. I could also see ghosts, so everyone called me a “Half-Life Person.” As I investigated one bizarre haunting after another, I discovered that every vengeful ghost had a chilling story from its past. It gave me a new understanding of human nature. There are no ghosts in this world; evil comes from human nature. As my investigation continued, I discovered that my parents' disappearance and my birth were both unusual. A vast secret seemed to lie behind it all, and it had a great deal to do with my heartless body. Then a talking monster barged into my life, making my already chaotic existence even more bewildering.
