The Moon Paused on the Moon Boat

The Lin family is a family of doctors. Tang Jingmo grew up taking her mother’s surname and living with her grandmother in the countryside. When it was time for high school, her parents brought her to live with them. The day she arrived in Chuanhe, rain poured from the sky. Because Lin Chuanbai had gotten the time wrong, by the time he and Xu Ful in reached the airport, a man was trying to lead Tang Jingmo away.

Xu Fulin first met Tang Jingmo at the airport. He had gone with her brother to pick her up, and she was being grabbed by a man, nearly taken away. He and her brother arrived in time to stop him. Terrified out of her wits, the young girl mistook the first person to reach out to her, Xu Fulin, for her brother. That day, torrential rain fell over Chuanhe, and the warmth of the girl’s fingertips stayed with him, reaching all the way into his heart.
