The Vengeful Ghost Next Door

I moved into a haunted apartment because the rent was cheap, only to unexpectedly end up buying the entire building.

I suddenly became a landlord, but I can't collect any rent.

What caused the deaths of the ghosts haunting the building?

How am I supposed to find tenants?

How do I get out of this mess?
