This book is rich in content and interprets traditional Chinese culture in an easy-to-understand way. Reminds me of "The Analects of Confucius", which also explains Confucius' thoughts in a simple and profound way. The content in the book about traditional culture, psychological adjustment, moral education, etc. Is very inspiring to me. Especially the interpretation of the word "shame" reminds me of my own educational experience and understands the importance of cultivating a sense of shame. All in all, this is a good book worth reading.
