Tao Yaoyao’s Apocalypse Survival Journal

Tao Yaoyao is an orphan, but she has a special ability: she can call on herself in parallel worlds.

Tao Yaoyao lives by one motto: if you want something done, do it yourself. That way, you’ll always have enough to eat and wear. So she’s always doing her best to make her life worthwhile.

Then the apocalypse arrives, and Tao Yaoyao gets her first golden finger: a ring that grants prophetic dreams. She begins preparing to save herself.

But her counterparts in parallel worlds tell her that if she wants anything, she’ll have to meet their requirements. So Tao Yaoyao ends up doing the one thing she hates most: studying.

While everyone else waits for rescue in the apocalypse, she studies.

While everyone else fights for survival supplies, she studies.

While everyone else struggles to earn a ticket to safety, she studies.

To everyone else, Tao Yaoyao is lucky. Everything she could want is right at her fingertips.

Tao Yaoyao gazes tearfully at the world. “How long do I have to keep studying?”
