Dream of the Red Chamber: Insolence! Who Dares Bully My Lin Daiyu?

“Her brows were like two delicate curves, faintly furrowed, like wisps of smoke; her eyes were full of feeling, neither quite joyful nor quite sorrowful. A hint of melancholy graced her cheeks, and an air of frailty clung to her. Tears glistened in her eyes; her breathing was soft and delicate. At rest, she was like a lovely flower reflected in water; in motion, like a willow bending in the breeze. Her mind was keener than Bi Gan's by one point, and her illness made her even lovelier than Xi Shi.” Chen Yi had never read the ninety-ninth chapter of Dream of the Red Chamber, because every copy he owned was torn to shreds as soon as he reached chapter ninety-eight, “The Heartbroken Crimson Pearl Returns to the Land of Regret, the Sick Divine Ying Sheds Tears in the Place of Lovesick Longing.”

When the transmigrator's special truck delivered Chen Yi to the Transmigrator Center, he resolutely chose to go to the world of Dream of the Red Chamber and save his beloved Lin Daiyu.

And so Daiyu gained an “older brother” who was Crown Prince in the Eastern Palace.
