This manuscript is the fifth edition of the Jimen Rule of Law Finance Forum, which was created by China University of Political Science and Law and the Institute of Capital Finance. With the theme of "The Road to Financial Power", it explores the path of China's financial reform and how to achieve innovation. Guests are invited to be talents in capital market supervision, theory and practice to exchange and share the latest and most important research results, covering exchange rates, Sino-US trade conflicts, corporate governance, financial games among major powers, etc. Professor Liu Jipeng served as the moderator, and the speakers were all leaders and elites from all walks of life in China.
