Mystery + sorcery + political intrigue + illusions + child prodigy + martial world
Though blind, he can unleash the peerless technique known as the Fivefold Severance through the air. There is an evil senior apprentice brother, a junior apprentice brother overflowing with talent, the vengeful spirits of four thousand soldiers, a peerlessly beautiful woman who regards him as her savior, and a Western Regions enchantress he once rescued.
Caught up in a struggle between two princes for the throne, he finds himself in the middle of it all... The heretical sects of the Western Regions see him as their nemesis. Faced with their illusions, a palm technique powerful enough to move mountains and overturn seas, peerless arts, beast taming, and the arts of the sun and moon, what choice will he make?
(This year I watched a movie called The Blind Swordsman: Nobody and absolutely loved it. It’s been ages since I’ve seen a movie so chivalrous, exhilarating, and satisfying. It was a shame it was so short. Compared to this novel, the movie had no flying through the air or burrowing underground, but it had a grounded, satisfying feel. Unfortunately, its plot was too thin, with too few twists and thrills. That gave me the idea of writing what happens to the protagonist afterward. The first three chapters of the novel are broadly similar to the movie, but they contain many foreshadowing details. After that, it opens up into a completely new world of wuxia fantasy and adventure.)
The plot logic is rigorous, the story has ups and downs, and the suspenseful climax and foreshadowing are pretty good. Unfortunately, not many people like this on this platform. I really like it. Come on, don't stop updating!
The author's writing is good and the novel is very good.
Drive low and go high, and things will start to get exciting later👍🏽
Good-looking, good people are rewarded, and lovers will eventually get married.
Tightly paced, good book
The writing sounds good, I like this kind of martial arts style novel
The Blind Man is full of a sense of justice, and the characters in it are flesh and blood and very vivid. The plot is just not very engaging.
