Help! I Can't Believe I'm an S-Rank Demon

[The protagonist's personality changes between early and later stages + no female lead + slow-burn, expansive setting]

Natural disasters descend upon the world, while Demonic Forbidden Zones and divine ruins appear everywhere.

Shen Linyuan, a newly transmigrated visitor, opens his eyes in an S-rank Demonic Forbidden Zone, surrounded by countless bizarre corpses.

“Where the hell did I end up?” =͟͟͞͞(꒪ᗜ꒪ ‧̣̥̇)

He wanders between forbidden zones and ruins, devouring gods and demons and turning them into nourishment wherever he goes.

But as he consumes more and more, fragments of his memories begin to surface. Long-forgotten truths are gradually revealed, and he realizes that he is not human at all, but an S-rank Devouring Demon, a being that once devoured countless gods and demons.

“So I really am the most terrifying taboo in this world!”

He strolls through divine ruins, devouring ancient divine power.

“You say the gods cannot be looked upon, that they are indescribable? Sorry, I ate them too quickly to taste anything.”

Classic scenes:

Silent Monastery: Within the monastery, the whispers of the God of the Dark Abyss drive intruders into hallucinations and corrode their souls.

Shen Linyuan enters the monastery. The whispers echo in his ears, but he swallows them in one bite.

The God of the Dark Abyss emerges from the shadows and tries to tear him apart, only for Shen Linyuan to grab him and stuff him straight into his mouth.

“Not bad, just a little gamey.”

Blood Manor: Time is warped within the manor, and anyone who enters will grow old and die in an endless loop.

“Welcome to my domain, Shen Linyuan. This will be your grave...”

“Enough talk.” Shen Linyuan grabs Kronos and stuffs him into his mouth, swallowing him whole.

“The meat's so tough...”
