Thanks to Li Cha, the number of strange incidents across the city dropped by 99% this month. But he modestly explained, "That's because I was away on a business trip this month."
Also known as: "Strange Invasion: I Volunteered to Be Their Guide"
First of all, this is a novel about livestreaming the paranormal.
Li Cha is determined to use his livestreams to stamp out society's bad habits. For instance, he makes an old lady who stages fake accidents spend the time she would have spent staging one accident experiencing the injuries from ten accidents.
He also helps a little girl on the roadside who asks for money to buy a ticket home, then personally escorts her back to the home already overrun by evil spirits.
Second, this is a novel about people being killed by rules.
"Rules are meant to be broken," Li Cha tells everyone.
At midnight, a girl sprinting through the women's dormitory will make any girl lingering in the hallway run along with her, until she dies of exhaustion on the stairs. And what about a boy lingering in the women's dormitory hallway? Li Cha says, "Ladies, let me help you fly."
Finally, this is a novel about ghost stories returning to life.
Grandma told Li Cha that walking at night made it easy to run into ghosts. Li Cha was an obedient child, so he only went out during the day.
And so, people all across the city began seeing ghosts in broad daylight.
Is this a high school student? As a protagonist, he is too young... Although I have only read a little bit, the sense of inconsistency has already emerged. There must be various routines in the back. After all, this is a behind-the-scenes novel, and routines are definitely indispensable. There are also various contacts with the world, officialdom, shopping malls, etc. It must be a bit, not to mention the layout, so I can't accept the setting of a high school student who doesn't understand anything. In the old town, and I read other behind-the-scenes stories, at least they are sales... You can have a smart mind and be able to accept it a little bit.
It's quite exciting. I got into it after reading Chapters 3 and 5. If you don't understand something halfway through, just read a few more chapters. Come on, author.
I like this book very much [laughs]
