The Blazing Sun of July

Calm, capable, and gorgeous older woman × tsundere younger wolf-dog type. A brainless sweet romance.

Always the model child growing up, Xia Qu is assigned every summer vacation to tutor her mother's best friend's son: the brat who was arrogant and domineering as a child and grew up just as unruly and rebellious.

As a cautionary example of failed parenting, Song Qiyang thinks it's his duty to knock Xia Qu off her pedestal as a top student. So he puts his rebellious streak to work, saying all kinds of provocative things just to see even the tiniest crack in her usual unruffled expression. But somehow, he always ends up getting utterly outplayed.

Then he reaches one conclusion: Xia Qu must be a sorceress.

Her sorcery not only helps him, a guy who has always treated studying like garbage and scored just over a hundred on the college entrance exam, retake the exam and get into college, but also gives him a strange affliction: whenever he sees her, his face burns, his heart races, and he turns red; when he can't see her, he can't stop thinking about her and loses his appetite.

He figures Xia Qu must have put a love spell on him.
