The world was invaded by another realm. After more than a thousand years of hard struggle, people only just managed to sever the connection between that realm and Blue Star. The ancient viruses left behind by the invaders gradually disappeared into history as temperatures fell.
More than a century later, the greenhouse effect worsens and the polar ice caps melt. Countless viruses begin spreading across the globe. Scientists worldwide work together to fight them and warn the public. In the midst of it all, Xin Yang awakens a super immune System that can boost his immunity to specific viruses, though the side effects are beyond imagination.
Immune System: Back then, I strolled around with my hands in my pockets. I didn't know what a worthy opponent was.
Xin Yang: I get that you keep your hands in your pockets, bro, but do you really think a body temperature of fifty degrees is normal?
Immune System: Just hang in there a little longer. This tiny virus is nothing to worry about!
Xin Yang: I understand the logic, but why is there a zombie virus too?
Immune System: I'm going on a rampage!
Xin Yang: Why do I have to go on a rampage with you? I'm going to die!
