Everything has two sides, and the same goes for the world. When you face the sun, you see light. When you turn your back to the sun, you see shadow. The shadow is allowed to exist because it does not cause harm. If the shadow exists to harm others, then the light must cover the shadow, because this is the meaning of the existence of light.
