The story begins below.

"The moon hangs high in the sky, and I feel as though I've returned with it in my hands."

"I've found a one-of-a-kind little rose."

These were the announcements Lin Bai and Zhou Yisen each posted when they officially got together.

They met in the bloom of youth, at the height of their lives, and were inevitably drawn to each other.

Zhou Yisen was like the bright moon hanging high in the sky, while Lin Bai was a gorgeous rose. They were perfectly suited to each other, and their passionate romance blossomed naturally.

But in the end, a weak person will drive the most hurtful blade into the one closest to them.

Lin Bai was that weak person. She knew exactly where Zhou Yisen was most vulnerable.

The more passionate the love, the more desolate its ending. In the end, they could not spend their lives together, nor could they return each other to the crowd unscathed.

They each carried their wounds and never met again. Perhaps one day another sea would replace the vast ocean, but she would never again see the bright moon that had once shone in her heart.

In the end, Lin Bai became the one blazing red rose in Zhou Yisen's life that could never be spoken of.

The rose slowly withered, and the moon was covered by dark clouds.

That grand romance ultimately came to nothing. It seems that all who come after are merely characters in a play...
