I Won Over the Handsome Dentist at the Dental Hospital

“Dr. Yang, my tooth really hurts.” Tan Jiayi pushed open the door to the first consultation room, clutching her slightly swollen right cheek and looking utterly miserable.

Dr. Yang glanced up at the girl blinking in the doorway and suppressed a laugh as he told her to lie down.

That one glance was all it took for Tan Jiayi to fall for Dr. Yang at first sight. After a series of chance encounters and some matchmaking by her “bad-influence friends,” she successfully “snagged” the dental hospital’s much older “campus heartthrob.”

Remembering their first meeting, Dr. Yang put an arm around Tan Jiayi as she munched on dried yellow peaches and laughed. “All I saw was this loud, flustered girl, clutching her face and crying as she called for Dr. Yang. She looked so pitiful.”

Tan Jiayi sat up, intending to stuff a piece of dried peach into Dr. Yang’s mouth, but he caught her hand. “I told you to eat less sweet stuff. How many pieces have you had now?”

He couldn’t say when he’d fallen for this girl who loved sweets but didn’t take care of her teeth. Maybe it was the first time she’d cried out for him, calling him Dr. Yang.
