"Memoirs of a Stock Operator" was published in 1923. This literary biography is based on Jesse Livermore, the legendary Wall Street figure at the time, and uses the protagonist Livingston as a clue to truly reproduce the inside story of Wall Street. The Wall Street Journal called it a "classic." Among the "75 Must-Read Investment Classics" recommended by Forbes, "Memoirs of a Stock Operator" ranks 15th. Although this book was published earlier, its description of Livermore's ups and downs in the stock market and his summary of his experience in monopolizing, short-squeezing, and facing market collapse and prosperity in the financial market still provide profound thinking and inspiration for today's investors, and have been praised and recommended by many investors. For decades, generations of financial professionals and traders have read Memoirs of a Stock Operator and learned about the attitudes, reactions, and feelings that go into investing.

The writing style of this book is very vivid, it feels like you are chatting with the author! The author's writing style is also very good, and he tells the story of the stock market very wonderfully. However, I kind of hate the protagonist in the book. He seems to be too greedy and always wants to make more money. But this book still taught me a lot about stocks and made me think more deeply about investing. Overall, it's still worth reading!
Great book! Like a noble person showing the way! Thank you platform! I got some good advice.
