Synopsis

[Strong female lead + no romance + System + powerful characters + phoenix-like heroine + absurd comedy + a touch of ensemble cast]

After much effort, Xin Ya inherited an apartment complex from her stingy old relative. She was thrilled at the thought of happily collecting rent and living like a rich young lady. But she never expected the building to be not only unfinished, but also a notorious haunted house. She was so done with it. It was obvious that the old miser had wanted to kill her, and she was absolutely going to get even.

Luckily, her luck had been amazing lately. She even picked up a free employee: the System would renovate and build the apartments for her, as long as she helped it complete a few tasks. With the mindset that you might as well take a bargain when one is offered, Xin Ya joined forces with the System and worked hard to make her dream of becoming a landlady come true...

The heroine is incredibly powerful, but poor. The story follows her journey to riches and her encounters with all sorts of strange and fascinating creatures.

No Amateurish Stories or Cliché Plots. The Protagonist Should Be Rational, Preferably with No Romance

I don't want to read amateurish stories anymore. I don't mind a CP, but I don't want nothing but feel-good quick transmigration stories either. I mean those stories where the female lead is invincible, feels nothing no matter what she does, and says nothing but “Mm” or “Oh.” That's a dealbreaker for me. I'm pretty picky about what I read, so please help me out.
