Synopsis of the fantasy novel A Dream of Blue Earth

In the 21st-century Earth of the primordial universe, a delegation from Henglan Star, a cultivation planet in the Tianheng Universe, arrives on Earth.

They find Zhao Yu, an Earthling with the exceedingly rare Chaos Divine Spirit Body, a cultivation prodigy found once in a billion. They raise him as their Holy Son, and once his cultivation reaches the required level, he will travel to the Tianheng Universe to fight on behalf of Henglan Star.

To ease Zhao Yu’s worries and strengthen his Dao heart, they ask him to manage Earth according to the principles of “a harmonious world and a beautiful Earth.”

As Zhao Yu cultivates the Tianheng Universe’s heavenly-tier martial arts, combat techniques, and magic, and learns wondrous healing arts, he also uses his extraordinary intelligence and physical prowess, along with the supernatural abilities that far surpass those of ordinary humans, to heal the sick, save lives, punish evil, promote good, seek treasure, amass wealth, champion charity, collect cultural relics, pass on Earth’s civilization, and fulfill the mission of creating “a harmonious world.”

He travels across Earth, upholds justice, provides disaster relief and aid to the poor, atones for humanity’s sins, and builds a harmonious world.

He introduces Henglan Star’s advanced technology, establishes a clean-energy system for Earth, and tackles pollution at its source. He transforms barren mountains, deserts, and wastelands, greening the planet and creating a human home of blue skies, white clouds, green mountains, and clear waters, fulfilling his duty to make “a beautiful Earth.”

At sea, he builds habitable landmasses for humanity, to serve as future settlements where Earth’s people can relocate, as well as sanctuaries for wildlife, saving endangered species from extinction.

He establishes a protective barrier around Earth to prevent collisions with asteroids and comets, as well as invasions by foreign enemies, ensuring the planet’s safety.

This book was co-written by Yanhuang Yixiang and Diqiu Yixiang. After three years of work, 2.3 million Chinese characters have been completed. The plan is to finish the whole book over the next two years, for an estimated total of 3.6 to 4 million characters.
