One Piece: Invincible from Picking on Little Girls

【Pirate King + feel-good power fantasy + slightly overpowered protagonist + one heroine + scheming】 After Lin Ye transmigrated to the world of the Pirate King, he did nothing much besides bully a little girl for three years. But those three years weren't spent for nothing. Looking at the notifications showing his stats going up one point at a time, he had to admit it felt great! Even after arriving at Marine Headquarters, he still refused to behave. He built a criminal syndicate in Sabaody, scaring the Celestial Dragons into not daring to come down. He established a merchant association in Alabasta, prompting Crocodile to keep filing complaints that Lin Ye was disrupting public order. They thought transferring Lin Ye to the New World would finally bring them peace and quiet. But to their utter surprise, Marine Headquarters received a joint protest from the Four Emperors: if they didn't transfer that bastard away, they would go to war with the Marines.
