Renowned violinist Lan You and her childhood friend, pianist Han Jing, both fall into deep comas after a sudden landslide sends her and her car tumbling down a mountainside.
A little System recruits them. As long as they meet the company’s task KPIs, they can wake up from their comas.
They were supposed to complete their missions separately, but a twist of fate brings the two, who had drifted apart, closer together, and they fall in love. Just as they are about to get their happy ending, her childhood friend loses his memory in an accident! Lan You’s long and arduous pursuit of him gets even harder because the little System is a drunkard. Every so often, she ends up in the wrong world, in the wrong body, or with muddled memories. Sometimes she even inherits the original host’s personality wholesale: foul-mouthed, timid and useless, or even a fierce fighter.
Luckily, completing missions comes with random loot-box rewards. The prizes are wildly varied: they can make her more beautiful, change her personality, or even give her extraordinary abilities.
The company’s business spans transmigrating between worlds, transmigrating into books, traveling to otherworlds, and even returning to the real world, making Lan You’s pursuit of love an incredibly bumpy ride.
Will she give up, or carry on?
