On the day of her blind date, Shen Niannian met a real oddball: he brought his mother along!
The whole time, he tried to brainwash Shen Niannian into becoming a virtuous wife and loving mother.
Just as they were about to come to blows, she ran into the campus heartthrob from the medical school.
Before she knew what was happening, he had dragged her off to register their marriage.
Afterward, he even told people that he was Niannian’s ex-boyfriend and that they had gotten back together and married!
Just then, the company’s she-devil boss was pressuring her to work overtime and finish a design draft. After her boss gave her a thorough dressing-down, he spoke up: “You’re sick. Go get treated!”
His words drove the boss into a frenzy.
After that… the company made her life miserable.
It took Shen Niannian quite a while to discover that the heartthrob with the work-study-student image had finally revealed his secret identity.
