Tang Empire: I Am the Governor in America

In the mid-19th century, the industrial revolution was in full swing, and along with ocean-going warships, a new wave of colonization ushered in. The Tang Dynasty, which experienced the Anshi Rebellion, did not turn from prosperity to decline. Instead, it continued to this day through top-down reforms. Prince Li Taiyi, after receiving supplies from Japan, embarked on the road to colonize America. To the south there is Mexico that has not yet declined, to the east there is the vibrant United States, and to the north there are British colonies that have not yet become independent. It only took the Abbot State located in California a few years to achieve a rich country and a strong military, and spread across the Americas.
