In Hancheng, Hanzhou Province, in the Central Plains, several members of the Zhang, Chen, and Liu families, including Zhang Meiting, Chen Qiong, Zhang Jingyan, Zhang Wenxi, and Liu Qianzi, each carry their own dreams and hopes. After graduating, they go on blind dates, fall in love, get married, and raise children. They move from the countryside to the city and start a family business. Differences in education and outlook, a lack of management experience, and the fact that most employees are relatives all contribute to the ups and downs of running the company.
