Run An: “Daigu, I have a divine artifact here that can help you protect Earth. Want to give it a try? I promise you won't be disappointed. Come on, let's trade. Why would I lie to you? You asked why I don't use it myself? Just watch.”
He picked up the transformation device, and lightning flashed as fiery snakes danced around him, all striking his body. The pain sent him into full-on trash-talking mode, but the nastier his mouth got, the harder the lightning struck and the hotter the flames burned.
Daigu was stunned. ⊙▽⊙ He was so scared he nearly lost his soul. Seeing the poor guy across from him getting worse and worse, Daigu's kind nature made him rush over and knock the divine artifact away. But it stuck to his hand, and no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't shake it off.
Run An finally caught his breath. “Daigu, stop shaking it. It's yours to begin with. See? You don't get what I just went through, do you?”
Daigu froze for a moment. Sure enough, nothing happened to him. In fact, he felt quite comfortable. But his honest, kind nature still made him feel embarrassed.
Seeing how embarrassed Daigu was, Run An told him he could trade it for another divine artifact later, and temporarily sealed it inside him.
As for how this happened, it was all that bastard's fault. And it was a one-time skill, so there was no way to learn it.
